Delivery information

Delivery is charged per order, not per plate. When your cart subtotal reaches R1 500 the delivery charge drops to zero automatically. The charge is recalculated on the server when you place the order, so the figure you see at checkout is the figure recorded against your order.

1. Your order is recorded with an order reference you can reopen at any time.
2. Once payment is connected and confirmed, the order moves to being prepared and the stock that was reserved for it is dispatched.
3. A courier delivers to the address you entered at checkout.

Delivery areas to be confirmed. If you are outside the areas we can reach, send us a message before ordering and we will confirm whether we can deliver.

If nobody is available at the address, the courier will leave a note and attempt redelivery. A second failed attempt may be returned to us, in which case we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.
