Terms of sale

This store is operated by TEP Enterprise. You can reach us through the contact page or at hello@example.com for anything relating to an order.

An order is a request to buy. It is recorded when you complete the checkout form. Where card payment is enabled, an order is only accepted once payment has been confirmed by the payment provider.

We may decline or cancel an order if a variant is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If you have paid and the order is cancelled, you are refunded in full.

All prices are shown in ZAR and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately and is always shown before you place the order.

Card payments are processed by our payment provider on their own secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.

We describe each product using information supplied by the manufacturer. Where a specification has not been confirmed, it is marked as pending rather than presented as a feature.

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the courier. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns are handled under our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law. Electrical goods must be installed by a qualified electrician; we are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the store is operated.
